Recently Dell (the company, not the guy) sent the sales team some Mooncakes, and I managed to get my hands on one. It was blue.
Who in his right mind would not want a mooncake that's blue in colour?
It was filled with (I think) cheese with a blueberry inner layer and a dash of Amaretto liqueur. Suffice to say, it was deli-yummy-cious.
