Well one way I was thinking of using the phrase in a normal conversation was to get the person to make you a cup of tea / coffee. When you've taken a sip, you look at the person and say, "You can't even make a cup of tea / coffee right! You're about as useless as a hat full of busted assholes!" Now, its imperative that you say this looking as serious as you can, no matter if the cup of tea / coffee was the best drink you've had all year.

Of course, we all know this would be untrue, since julmust is coming around the corner, and that's the best drink you'll have all year.
